1. Domestic Shipping

Domestic deliveries require a signature on delivery. If you would like a safe drop, please request this in the order notes.

If safe drop is requested, the responsibility of safely receiving the parcel rests with the buyer. Although we are happy to assist with recovery, MG does not cover the cost of lost or stolen parcels once delivered as this is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

As a customer, you are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalising your order. We are not liable for incorrect information given to us when shipping information is asked in check out point. If the shipping address provided is not correct we are not required to refund you. Items that are refused delivery or returned to sender will automatically be issued a store credit less the cost of a $10 shipping and handling fee

Note: Due to COVID-19 there are some delayed.

All international shipments are shipped via Australia Post or DHL Express. Express shipments cannot be sent to a PO Box address. Standard international shipments will be handed over to your local delivery service on arrival into the destination country. You will be able to track the shipment on your local postal website using the same tracking number.

We are not responsible for taxes, duties or import charges. These are payable by the customer upon arrival at the destination country. Please check with your local customs office for import fees and taxes.

Shipping to remote international locations may take longer than the designated timeframes above.
